Hello all I have been a bit slack lately, I haven’t been for my usual morning walks for about three weeks now (can’t blame holiday mode for two of them), I have just lost motivation at the moment and need to get it back while still in holiday mode, as I still have two weeks till I go back to work. I am not doing well with losing weight at the moment, can I blame the Christmas season for that, maybe or maybe not, but I am going to as have been eating chocolates while still using my health products and also eating heathyish, is that a word probably not but I am going to say it is lol. I am going to try and get some walks in before Christmas before I start getting serious again on the Monday after Christmas, which I will be doing a 7-day fresh start to get back on track if you would like to join me you can order your products here. So what else have I been doing while I have been on holidays, I have been doing a little bit of craft and learning about digital product creation and just basically resting, binge watching series and movies, trying to learn how to use Canva better, I created and eBook on it and finished it yesterday front cover is below now just trying to find the best site to sell it on and for how much and see if people actually want to purchase it, we will see. You have to take that first step and start somewhere.
